La Casa del Habano Geneva was officially inaugurated on October 10th and 11th, 2025, setting new benchmarks for excellence in the world of Habanos in French-speaking Switzerland.

Located at the prestigious address of 6 Rue de Hesse, in the heart of Geneva’s financial district, this exceptional boutique joins the global La Casa del Habano franchise network, present in over 50 countries across five continents. With this opening, Geneva enriches Switzerland’s offering, joining forces with the boutiques of Basel, Lugano, Mendrisio, Nyon, St. Gallen, Samnaun, Zug, and Zurich.

The boutique stands out for its refined yet relaxed atmosphere, offering Habano lovers—both seasoned connoisseurs and newcomers alike—a truly unique experience.

 La Casa del Habano Geneva offers an extensive selection of Habanos and aficionados’ accessories, along with a private smoking lounge ensuring both comfort and privacy. Visitors can further enhance their experience by enjoying a carefully curated selection of wines in an inviting tasting room. 

The two-day grand opening brought together distinguished guests, highlighting the significance of this new Casa del Habano for cigar enthusiasts. 

Among the notable attendees were H.E. Mrs. Laura Ivet Pujol Torres, Ambassador of Cuba to Switzerland, as well as numerous Swiss and international political figures, including Mrs. Rebeca Hernández Toledano, Minister Counsellor of the Permanent Mission of Cuba to the United Nations in Geneva and other international organizations in Switzerland. Many local and international cigar lovers were also in attendance, alongside representatives from Intertabak AG, the exclusive distributor of Habanos S.A. in Switzerland, to celebrate the opening of the ninth Casa del Habano in the country. 

Over the course of these two exceptional days, guests had the opportunity to discover the e new premises and share their passion for Habanos in a warm and authentic atmosphere—true to the spirit of La Casa del Habano.
