On November 6th, the Nómade Polo, located in the emblematic Argentine Polo Grounds in Buenos Aires, was the setting for a new edition of “Habanos Night Buenos Aires”, organized by Puro Tabaco S.A., the exclusive distributor of Habanos S.A. in the Southern Cone.

On this occasion, the evening paid tribute to the 150th Anniversary of the Romeo y Julieta brand, a universal icon of elegance, heritage, and passion for the Habano. More than 230 guests took part in an experience that fused art and pleasure, in an environment carefully designed to transport those present to the era of Romeo and Juliet. The stage design, inspired by that immortal story, recreated an atmosphere of romance and distinction, where every detail evoked the spirit that has turned this brand into a true legend throughout generations.

The true protagonists of the night were, without a doubt, the Habanos. The opening was marked by the elegance of the Romeo y Julieta Mille Fleurs (129 mm x ring gauge 42), a classic with a balanced aroma and medium strength that inaugurated the evening with subtlety and distinction. Later, the Romeo y Julieta Nobles (135 mm x ring gauge 56) became the ideal companion of the gathering, with its generous draw and medium to full strength, it displayed its enveloping and seductive personality. Two different vitolas, one same spirit, the art of enjoying with calm, with soul, and with style.

The pairing and gastronomic proposal were designed to exalt the sensory experience of the Habano, a selection of premium whiskies and rums, together with signature cocktails specially created for the occasion, praised for their balance and exceptional flavor and a highlevel cuisine accompanied the night, while live music by the group “Agua de Florero” filled the atmosphere with authentic Cuban rhythms. Joy multiplied among the guests when pairs of dancers encouraged everyone to join the Caribbean rhythm, creating a festive and elegant atmosphere.

Among the most celebrated activities were the performance throughout the night of the “Mago Carismágico,” who entertained attendees with his astonishing tricks, the raffles of important prizes, which included two stays in Cuba, and a special auction at the end, whose proceeds were entirely donated to the COR Foundation, an institution dedicated to providing support to children in vulnerable situations. A gesture of solidarity that gave the evening a profound human meaning.

The event brought together passionate smokers, true guardians of the art of the Habano, without whose commitment and devotion it would not be possible to maintain the prestige that distinguishes this legacy. Along with them, clients of Puro Tabaco S.A., authentic ambassadors of the product, whose loyalty, support, and enthusiasm keep alive the essence of this tradition in Argentina. Among the distinguished personalities present was the Ambassador of Cuba in Argentina, who praised the organization and expressed that “Habanos Night Buenos Aires was a celebration that exalted the name of Cuba and its Habanos, authentic symbols of distinction, culture, and enjoyment.”
